The Role:

Reporting to the Supervisor Trades & Trainees, this role operates on a 4:3 FIFO roster across various MinRes remote sites, with occasional metro travel. As a pivotal driver of apprentice and trainee success, you will coordinate programs and mentor participants, ensuring they acquire the technical skills and professional behaviours essential for success.
