Role Overview

The Trade Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced trade shop environment. This includes managing the maintenance, repair, cleaning, and preparation of rental inventory such as tents, tables, chairs, staging, linens, décor, and event equipment. The role ensures all items are event-ready, safe, and meet company quality standards.

• Bilingual Spanish (required)

• Strong experience in upholstery, carpentry, and painting
• Hands-on trade or technical repair background preferred
• Responsible for repairing all rental equipment
