Trade Operations Executive

Job Description & Responsibility:

• Collaborating with relevant counterparties post-trade execution.
• Managing contract issuance and post-fixtures operations.
• Overseeing, documenting, and overseeing all aspects of physical shipments, including preparing and issuing documentary instructions, tracking payments, collecting shipping documents, and negotiating Letters of Credit.
• Ensuring timely arrangement of invoicing and payments. Coordinate with Finance team on a timely manner
• Maintaining and organizing operational records, files, and databases according to departmental requirements.
• Providing operational team support and backup as needed.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to correspond with Chinese counterparties and banks.
