What's the role?
As Trade Manager for Building Construction, you will develop and execute an engagement-driven trade strategy to drive sustainable growth in sales. A key focus will be to increase the number of engaged customers, as this is a core driver of sales, profitability, and return on investment within your designated trade.
What You'll do
Develop and implement an engagement-focused trade strategy for the Swedish market organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals 
Lead and influence cross-functional sales teams in a matrix organization, working closely with Area Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and the Marketing Director 
Facilitate regular collaboration and knowledge sharing between Sales and Marketing teams to review performance, align on strategy, and strengthen the trade community 
Enable trade teams to manage day-to-day topics independently, while escalating more complex issue...
