Insight Global its looking for a Trade Support Analyst to joining one of Canadians top 5 Banks. This person will act supporting users on the Toronto Trade Floor with Day-t o-Da y task dealing with hardware, software and mobile issues configuration.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Desk Support
- Fluent in Windows, physical and virtual machines, knowledge with Citrix
- Customer Service Experience
- Ownership and Accountability
9-5 (5 days a week on site)
Need someone with some flexibility that could work on few times overtime.
Convert from contractor to full-time after 12 months
