Job Summary

Coordinate the plant’s (KDM l) imports and exports to ensure they are carried out in a timely and proper manner, ensuring compliance with all foreign trade regulations, as well as the department’s SOP and the procedures documented and implemented by Kinetek de Mexico S. de R. L. de C. V.

Responsibilities Import Daily review and update of the KDM Milenium floor report shared by Protrans. Monitoring and providing feedback on the urgent requests report provided by the Supply Chain team regarding requested imports. Updating the incident report created to identify cases where suppliers are not complying with the requirements established in the routing guide. Update the database by adding part number information classified by the Almanza classification team. Download and review the weekly incremental report, which includes comments on import invoices declared in consolidated customs declarations.
