Tractor Engine Design Engineer

Engineer - Tractor Engines Responsibilities & Key Deliverables * Conceptulization of System & sub system of Diesel engine in 3D layout * Review of DFA & DFS requirment * Design calculation for Engine components. * Preparation & review of 2D drawings with DFC & DFM points * Tolerance Stack-up & review of GD& T * Interaction with Component development team & supplier for part development. * Carrying out DFMEA at component level * Layout & Interface Review Experience 3 Years Industry Preferred Engine Manufacturing industry, Engine component manufacturer or equivalent Qualifications BE (MECHANICAL , AUTOMOBILE ) ME (DESIGN, CAD CAM, AUTOMOTIVE,MECHANICAL) General Requirements * Hands on experience in Root Cause analysis of Engine Components * Exposure to Manufacturing processes * Basics of CAE & CFD Functional Competencies : * Experience on 3D CAD tools -NX11 or above will be added advantage * Knowledge of Engine component design & modeling * GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, DFMEA * Basi...
