Mascor Toyota Greytown is currently seeking a Sales Executive, to actively promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and upholding the Toyota brand's reputation for quality and trust.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options).
Negotiate trade-in values and finalise sales deals in line with dealership policies.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to secure repeat business.
