Job Description

Overview
Full-time Tournament Coordinator role at Torreon Golf Club focused on creating a positive experience for members and guests while supporting and growing golf club operations.

Experience Required
Must be a Member of the PGA of America
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education

Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate each tournament or event from initial planning stages through completion
Advise the Director of Golf, General Manager, Head Golf Professional, and Superintendent on future events to facilitate coordination of special set-up requirements and staffing levels
Generate a monthly calendar of events for management review
Develop and maintain contacts including new groups, previous groups, local businesses, civic organizations, and charity groups to promot...
