Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Tooling Technician ready to join a leading global team? Caterpillar Skinningrove operates a 24/7 facility, and we are looking for an experienced professional to support our production team and ensure operational excellence in all tooling requirements.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the expert responsible for the full life-cycle of production tooling—from manufacture and maintenance to continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on role requiring a bias for action and a constant focus on health and safety.

Pay

£18.27/hour for day shift and 33% shift premium for night shift.

Hours

2 days, 2 nights, 4 on 4 off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and precisely fit production tooling to tight tolerances.
