Job Description
- Leadership & supervision for a team of machine operators to achieve production targets
- Plan, schedule & prioritize machining jobs based on project timelines
- Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure machine reliability
- Documentation & reporting to maintain accurate production records & reports
- Drive continuous improvements activity of KAIZEN
- Machine operation & process knowledge of following machines: wire cut machine, high speed machining, lathe machine, milling machine, EDM & surface grinding
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related technical vocational course
- Related engineering courses is advantage
- Have experience in CNC Programming & CAD/CAM skills
- Minimum 5 years in tooling fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
