Tooling Engineer - Mould design

As a Mid senior/Senior Level Tooling Engineer - Mould design, you will be responsible for Mould design & development for eVTOL airframes prototype manufacturing & supporting in assembly integration. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with vendors and cross functional teams in realization of tooling and prove out. Roles & responsibilities Design and develop moulds, templates used in the production and maintenance of aircraft composite parts& sub-assembly. Perform DFM/DFA assessment during tooling design reviews to ensure manufacturability of airframe systems. Exposure to Aircraft assembly & integration processes, 3D metrology inspection. Strong hold in CAD modelling & drafting in CATIA V6, Enovia PLM. Maintain accurate documentation and records of tool designs and modifications.
