Arrive at sound technical decisions collaboratively with Management, tool room staff and other internal customers. Understand, communicate, and support Quality standards required by Tiffany & Company in order to achieve on time delivery and ensure the highest possible quality results.
Sample Fabrication: Fabricate samples to support new product development.
Partner with the Toolroom Manager to ensure daily production capabilities and surface concerns to Management when maximum efficiencies are not being met. Contribute to meeting request dates per production plans.
Participate in hands on Toolroom activities related to new product development and implementation into production. Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines. Assist and proposes continuous improvement opportunities to minimize labor and reduce costs.
