**Job Title: Tool Crib Attendant / Manufacturing Expediter** **Job Description**
The Tool Crib Attendant / Manufacturing Expediter supports smooth production flow across machining, forming, and related departments by ensuring that parts, tools, and materials are available, properly staged, and moving according to schedule. This role acts as a key liaison between Forming, Machining, Finish, Shipping, Cut, and Quality to minimize downtime, support first-part approvals, and maintain clear, accurate communication of job status across shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate first-part buyoffs with Quality and Machining, promptly notifying inspectors and ensuring parts do not sit idle.
+ Actively monitor machines and in-process jobs by performing regular walkdowns, checking for delays or stalled work, and taking action to keep jobs moving.
+ Build and prepare tools and fixtures for upcoming machining operations to support efficient setups and minimize changeover...
