We are seeking an experienced TLM Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in TLM to develop, enhance, and support enterprise reconciliation solutions. Required Skills 5 years of experience with TLM Premium (v3.0), TLM Control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM Smart Studio, TLM WebConnect, CT Tool, and Smart Schema . Strong experience in TLM configuration, customization, workflow development, and schema design. Hands-on expertise in SQL/PLSQL . Experience building and deploying CT packages across environments. Knowledge of reconciliation processes covering trades, positions, cash balances, cash transactions, and stock reconciliations. Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows production environments. Good understanding of Agile development methodologies . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
