T&L: International Tax Manager

Title: International Tax Service Line (based in Singapore) – International Tax Advisory Manager

The successful candidate will work in the international tax team providing International Tax (IT) advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment issues, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters, tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-acquisition restructuring, etc., and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.

• You should have at least 6 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm. Experience in a tax advisory role is preferred.
