Job Description
The Title Project Manager role is a full-time position with a hybrid work environment offering a combination of on-site days based at our main offices in Cool, TX (East side of Mineral Wells) and remote days as determined by business needs and team schedules. You must reside within commuting distance of our offices. This role is responsible for managing title, document preparation and related activities for land and right-of-way projects, including overseeing research and review of property records, coordinating title curative actions, weekly project status meetings with the client, preparation of all project line lists, assisting in the preparation of items for condemnation process and coordinating with administrative team on landowner notifications. The Title Project Manager will plan and track project timelines, coordinate with clients, field teams, survey teams, legal partners, and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
