Responsibilities
- Manages store operations, drives financial success, builds great teams, and builds a meeting place in the community.
- Responsible for executing and delivering all operational performance objectives to drive guest satisfaction.
- Manages inventory, supplies, maintenance, cleanliness, and store presentation.
- Ensures Always Fresh standards and waste control.
- Leads team toward goals through coaching, motivation, and alignment with company values.
- Tracks sales, updates POS, and manages budgets.
