Team OverviewTikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees. The primary focus of this role is the on-site implementation, commissioning, and life-cycle O&M management of automated sorting systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong electromechanical background, capable of resolving complex technical anomalies while maintaining a systematic operational mindset to preempt risks and collaborate on system-wide technical upgrades.
