TikTok Commerce Account Manager - Consumables

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for consumables category.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign.
• Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own.
• Discover new collaborative opportunities that fit into partners' short‑term and long‑term development plans.
• Maintain service quality provided by partners – low cancellation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
