Requirements
- Education in the metal industry or equivalent experience
- Experience in TIG welding
- Ability to read drawings
- Careful and precise work approach
- Initiative and responsibility
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Finnish or English language skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in shipyard or shipbuilding industry
- Valid welding certifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Positive attitude towards work
