Join Thermea Spa Village Whitby as a Full-Time Seasonal Guest Experience Associate. This role focuses on guest interaction, maintaining spa standards, and processing check-ins and inquiries.
As a Guest Experience Associate, you will report to the Manager of Guest Experience while delivering exceptional service and advice on the thermal cycle and available experiences. Your responsibilities include maintaining guest areas and ensuring compliance with communal standards. A flexible schedule is essential, with weekend and holiday availability required.
