Therapy Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to therapy services across both sites.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant services meeting regulatory standards and KPI targets (e.g., referrals, customer service, time to first appointment).
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team, fostering strong collaboration across clinical services.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource planning, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
• Drive business development and service growth, maintaining strong occupancy/caseload levels.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload and support therapy delivery where required.
• Build external partnerships (e.g. universities) to support recruitment and service profile.
• Support workforce development, supervision and CPD across the team.
