Job Description
- Prepare clients, therapy equipment, and materials ahead of assessments or therapy sessions.
- Assist therapists in implementing prescribed exercises and therapy programs, including group-based activities.
- Conduct basic or routine group therapy sessions under the supervision or guidance of therapists or clinical associates.
- Provide support to therapists during client assessments and treatment sessions.
- Relay relevant information about therapy sessions to therapists or clinical associates.
- Offer assistance in specialized therapy areas or clinical programs as directed by therapists.
- Maintain and manage inventory of therapy equipment and supplies.
- Ensure therapy spaces are clean, organized, and safe for use.
- Support general housekeeping duties in therapy areas, including cleaning of equipment and activity spaces.
