Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in setting up treatment areas, equipment, and therapy sessions
- Support and supervise patients during individual and group therapeutic activities under therapist guidance
- Prepare, operate, and monitor therapeutic equipment and modalities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of therapy areas and assist with cleaning duties
- Coordinate and assist with patient transport to and from therapy areas
- Support supervision and coordination of healthcare attendants' duties within the rehabilitation area
- Perform inventory checks and basic maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document distribution
- Assist with orientation and induction of new therapy assistants
- Manage enquiries, answer phone calls, and relay messages appropriately
