Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, you will apply evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each person's needs. Your role also includes adhering to professional standards and engaging in training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behaviour plans and protocols
• Conduct behavioural assessments and data analysis
• Facilitate coaching and education for families and staff
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams during planning meetings
• Monitor quality assurance measures in service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant human services field
