Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a rehab unit, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all clinical findings, treatment sessions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless recovery processes.
• Comply with all unit policies, safety guidelines, and licensing regulations.
