**Harborview Medical Center’s Psychiatry Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Therapist** **,** **Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP).**
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ 32 hours per week
+ Day shift
+ This position is expected to be for a six-month duration.
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Be a core member of a collaborative care team that involves the patient’s primary care provider, a consulting psychiatrist, social worker and other disciplines in the clinic.
+ Act as the primary liaison to the providers, relaying the consulting psychiatrist’s medication and treatment recommendations.
**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Support and closely coordinate mental health care with the patient’s provider and other treating mental health providers.
+ Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders
