About the Role
You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support within the school environment. You will provide targeted interventions, promote emotional wellbeing, and support students in developing the skills and resilience needed to succeed in school. Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and external agencies, you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where every student can thrive.
