Theatre Practioner/OPD – Midlands

You will be working within the operating theatre and other surgical environments, you will assists in various aspects of surgical procedures and provide perioperative care under the supervision of surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Role responsibilities

Preoperative Preparation

• Assist in the preparation of the operating theatre, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and readily available.


• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and draping as instructed by the surgical team.


• Ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment and instrumentation for specific procedures.

Intraoperative Assistance

• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, handling specimens, and providing other necessary support.
