Assistant Manager – The Shoe Co.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to report to the Store Manager and help lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Model a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service and compelling merchandise presentation.
• Manage store operations, balancing company policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent.
• Enhance The Shoe Co. brand image by demonstrating values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity.
• Develop and implement agile business plans to achieve results.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open communication with the Store Manager.
