Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Libraries & Learning Commons, the Testing Services Coordinator will:
Provide functional leadership to the Learning Commons Assistants/Test Centre Administrators (LCA/TCAs), located at campuses across the province.Develop and maintains procedures, in collaboration with the Manager, to ensure effective and consistent practices at testing centre locations.Liaise with external testing partners to ensure effective delivery and support for external testing. This includes delivery of testing for the Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC).Support the technology needs of testing services, in collaboration with other College departments such as facilities and Digital Innovation & Technology.Design and delivers training for LCA/TCAs to support orientation and on-going professional development.Support evidence-based decision making by maint...
