Scope of Work

• Inspect Main LV Panel No. 3 and ABB ACB installed in the Ground Floor LV Room.
• Arrange planned shutdown approval/coordination before starting the work.
• Carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance of Main LV Panel No. 3.
• Clean and tighten power and control connections.
• Carry out functional testing and calibration of ACB protection relay/trip unit.
• Conduct thermographic inspection of busbars, cable terminations, and breaker connections.
• Carry out load analysis and current measurement.
• Verify incoming power quality and voltage stability.
• Test downstream feeders and connected loads to identify the cause of repeated tripping.
• Restore the system after testing and submit findings/recommendations.
