We are looking for a Test Manager to join an international team supporting business-critical applications within the insurance sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and execute functional testing activities.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases and testing documentation.
- Execute test campaigns and report results.
- Identify, report and follow up defects and risks.
- Support Go/No-Go decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Test Leads.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing or Test Management.
