Associate – CRM & CMS Transformation

Delta Capita is seeking an Associate to support a strategic CRM and CMS transformation programme, centred on Microsoft Dynamics with additional CMS capabilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), UAT management, and ideally CMS platforms, to contribute to a high‑impact implementation programme and subsequent post go‑live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end UAT processes, including test planning, script review, execution, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status updates for key governance forums.
• Support data migration and system readiness activities ahead of go‑live.
