The Test Lead manages the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for digital banking products, ensuring high‑quality, compliant solutions that meet business and customer expectations. This role leads internal and external UAT teams, drives innovation in testing methods and tools, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
