You will require 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing, especially in AI/ML environments. This position involves creating robust test strategies to ensure accuracy and fairness while building scalable automated testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: • Validate models for both fairness and accuracy • Develop test strategies to catch errors and biases • Identify potential vulnerabilities in AI systems • Automate testing pipelines for efficiency and scale • Convey technical insights to diverse teams
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in Software Testing/QAI • Over 1 year validating AI/ML models • Experience with NLP systems and fraud detection • Proficient in TensorFlow Model Analysis and PyTest • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
