Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full setup and operation of the test bakery, including equipment preparation, ingredient sourcing, and post-demonstration breakdown
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully functional bakery environment, including equipment and ingredient storage
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are consistently upheld within the bakery and training areas
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, both on-site and at customer locations
- Supporting clients with recipe development and optimisation using company equipment
- Providing detailed feedback and training reports to clients and internal sales teams
- Assisting with store openings, product launches, and customer support initiatives
- Preparing and managing company presence at trade shows and exhibitions
