Tertiary Student Intern - 2027

What is the Role?

As a final year tertiary student in 2027, gain paid work experience one day per week, to learn about teaching in a Christian school.

This is a contract position commencing Week 1, Term 1 2027 and is one-day-per-week, term-time only.

The program has been designed to be completed around your final year of study, to provide you with the opportunity to be a part of the St Andrew’s Cathedral School community and to learn about teaching in a Christian school.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience for tertiary students considering a career in education within a supportive Anglican school environment.

As an Intern, you will be provided with:

• a dedicated Mentor Teacher
• support and oversight of the program(s) by the School Coordinator
• collegial weekly Intern meetings, including devotionals, professional discussions about the development of tea...
