The Territory Manager will report to the Director of Retail Store Operations and oversee a defined market in Eastern Ontario. This role emphasizes multi-location management, strategic plan implementation, and alignment with execution standards. Responsibilities include providing coaching to retail agents, monitoring performance, and working cross-functionally with various departments for successful store management.
