The job of Spa Therapist is successfully executed when:
- Performs spa treatments and services according to standards, with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Advises clients on spa service programmers, treatments and products available.
- Promotes communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.
The usual responsibilities of the position include:
Checking and running the day-to-day running of the spa. Greeting clients in the Spa area and assisting them before and after treatments. Replenishing all items required in the Spa.
