Tool Administration
- oversee and manage logistics software tools and ensure they are up to date and effective
- Provide technical support and training to team members on freight forwarding tools
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for tool enhancement and troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain the freight management tool to meet the operational needs of the tender team
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse tender data to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using the Tender app, Excel, and Power BI to provide visibility into key logistics metrics
