Job Description
The Tender Lead is a Commercial Center position responsible for managing the overall tendering process, providing oversight and driving needed tasks to completion to ensure high-quality proposals and on-time delivery. The Tender Lead also ensures proposals are technically competent, innovative where appropriate, and fully addresses the client's stated requirements. Based on the broad tendering experience, this person contributes to the tender strategy in collaboration with the GeoUnit BL S&C; and S&M Managers.
- People First - Coach GeoUnit S&C team and Tender Coordinator on opportunity management through the tender interactions, such as C4C opportunity record content quality.
- Provide their assigned Tender Coordinator(s) with required support and direction in tender write-up and process competence, including their professional development through the Development Program (TCDP).
