Tenancy Support Worker – 37hrs pw (Mon-Fri) - Llanelli

We are seeking an additional Tenancy Support Worker to join our dedicated and supportive team. In this rewarding role, you will provide floating support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge required to successfully manage and sustain their own tenancy.

Working closely with service users, you will empower individuals to overcome barriers, build independence, improve their wellbeing, and access the support they need to achieve positive outcomes. Through person-centred support, you will play a vital role in helping people secure long-term housing stability and take meaningful steps towards a safer, more independent future.

Ideally candidates will hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
