The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Horticulture & Landscaping division based in Egham, Surrey . This is a full time position offering a basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus uncapped commission .

The role offers hybrid working, with Monday to Wednesday office based and Thursday to Friday working from home .

This opportunity is focused on developing and running a temporary recruitment desk within the Horticulture & Landscaping sector. You will work closely alongside the division lead, supporting existing clients, managing active temporary vacancies, building candidate pipelines, and helping grow the temporary side of the division nationally.
