Temporary Receptionist sought by a global, £multibillion construction products manufacturer, to join their Irlam sales office.
This is a temporary, full-time role for maternity cover for 6-9 months. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, hours per week.
As Receptionist your duties will include:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including postal mail, incoming phone callsProvide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to clients and visitorsManaging company meetings including schedules and ensuring all are kept up to standardDistribute incoming mail and liaising with couriersProcessing Letters and QuotesPurchasing certain office items, dealing with suppliersAssisting with some travel arrangementsFamiliar with mail merge functionalityAccurately taking and relaying messagesSome CRM support (when required)...
