The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following functional areas of the Hospital Authority Academy (HAA), develop and implement training initiatives in line with the direction of the HAA and the Hospital Authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the quality assurance processes for training programmes and their compliance with established standards and policies;
2. Plan, coordinate and execute corporate conference and events, and manage related logistics and on-site operations;
