Job Overview
HR Advisor – Temp – Full-time – Heathrow Airport – 3 months duration

£19.23ph DOE, weekly pay.

Immediate start.

Our client is in need of an experienced HR professional to assist them during the next 3 months. You will need have proven experience of dealing with complex ER cases and had exposure to dealing with change and transformation within a large-scale business.

Responsibilities
Managing end – to – end processes during period of change

Empathetically dealing with employees; managing concerns, coordinating meetings and maintaining correspondence

Tracking and monitoring progress of employee statuses and queries

Advising line managers of processes and best practices

Onboarding/offboarding employees
Desirables
CIPD Level 5 qualified or knowledge within HR role
