Temporary Full-Time Speech & Language Pathologist (OOS)

Overview

South East Cornerstone Public School Division is seeking a temporary Speech and Language Pathologist. Reporting to the Coordinator of Learning Supports, this position will provide services for Oxbow Prairie Horizons, Hillcrest and Spruce Ridge Schools.

Term:
This is a temporary full-time position with duties commencing August 25, 2026. End date: June 30, 2027.

Duties

• Determine the assessment procedure which will provide the appropriate diagnosis of a communication disorder, subsequently participate in the development of a suitable program plan
• Conduct screening and assessment procedures
• Provide early identification and intervention for children with communication difficulties
• Interpret assessments of speech and language
• Make decisions regarding changes in student status, discharge, therapy, rest and review
