Overview

Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work in our Forensic Program. The role involves providing specialized care to patients with complex mental illnesses using a recovery‑focused model of care built upon compassion, inspiration and hope.

Program Details

The position is within the Forensics Program, which includes a Secure Forensic Service (3 units), a General Forensic Service (3 units), and a Forensic Outpatient Service, all offering assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients ordered by courts or the Ontario Review Board.

Important Note

Although the vacancy is for the Forensic Assessment Unit (FAU), the RPN must be able to work in any area of the Centre as patient needs dictate.
